Synergy Health & Fitness Club is a Boutique Gym and Pool located at 154 The Terrace in Wellington.
We offer all the equipment and facilities that you'd expect, plus a 3 lane indoor pool.

Members come to us because we are handily located, good value for money and we have a great pool. Members stay with us because they love the unpretentious vibe, the friendly and helpful trainers and they don't have to hang around weighting for equipment in their busy lunch hour.

In the pool, we offer kids private lessons and operate a swim school in the 3 afternoons before 5pm. We offer adults, private lessons, fitness squads and Aqua Fit classes.

Memberships on offer include Gym or Swim only, Student, Corporate. Payment terms are in full or on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly direct debit.
