Reviews of Footloose Franchise Systems

Wow a really bad experience with this store, bought some shoes for the office, then remembered i dont work anymore lol. So went back within 20 minutes, shoes in box as new with receipt. No no refund. Store policy as on sale. $95 and they told me to leave the shoes, and they would resolve the next day. They have the shoes, my money, and for the last 4 days arent talking to me. No response from emails. Might have to go small claims to get my money back. Outrageous. See the web site.. Promises hassle free returns, but not in my experience. Dont recommend footloose shoes to anyone....
I cant use a store credit. I need the money. A very nasty man. I feel sorry for his staff. Thinking Fair go? Policy is just that, they dont have to be this petty and mean.
