Awful shellac manicure - therapist nicked 5 of my cuticles while removing my previous shellac polish. Very messy application - I now have shellac polish over all but two of my cuticles. I am a seasoned shellac wearer and I haven't been to a beauty therapist yet who removes shellac polish by dipping your hands in a bowl of acetone. Not worth the price (or pain). Eyebrow tidy also awful - "just a very light tidy" apparently means "pencil thin, thanks."
