ECS is a multi-disciplinary practice, led by Directors Jason Smith and Mike Gibbon, who themselves have extensive experience in the construction industry. Both come from long careers in Quantity Surveying and Project Management, and combine to provide Development Management services to clients, evaluating property opportunities, highlighting and managing risks & providing a professional undertaking of the steps to complete a development to maximise the financial rewards for the owner.
