Senior Team Administrator-Whangarei

Job Presentation

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator looking for a step up to join a large health-based organisation located in Whangarei.  Starting early January this temporary opportunity will keep you busy for 2-3 months with possible permanent opportunities.  

Duties include:

  • Organise and distribute documentation around the organisation
  • Assist with booking meetings and organizing catering, venues and equipment as required
  • Photocopying, scanning, filing and compiling documents
  • Covering reception as required
  • Email management
  • Assist with payroll administration
  • General administration as required

To be considered you will ideally have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong and professional communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
  • The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • The flexibility to take on a variety of tasks as required
  • A can-do attitude and be able to work well in a busy team
  • Experience working within a large organisation would be an advantage
