The Company

This New Zealand owned business has been in operation for over 60 years on a global scale. Specialists within the manufacturing industry, servicing both commercial and residential clients. They manufacture quality products and are looking for that same quality in the right candidate to join the small finance team for a 3-month contract.

The Role

As the Senior Accounts Payables officer, you will be working in a wider team of three, where each person takes sole ownership of their own entity. This is a fast paced and high-volume environment where you will be dealing in both automated and manual processes.

Duties

Your duties will include:

• Full function Accounts Payable in local and FX currency
• High volume processing
• Mix of PO and Non-PO invoices
• 3-way matching
• Payment batches
• Supplier reconciliations
• Pre-payments and reports
• Maintaining the GRNI report
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Skills & Experience

• You will have experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and deal with multiple currencies
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable
• Experience with 3-way matching is essential
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
