We are looking for a top franchise trained and experienced automotive technician to join a well respected franchise dealership group in the Hawkes Bay area.



The role
The role is based in a vehicle franchise dealership working on light passenger vehicles.

You will be performing a wide range of duties on light vehicles including, but not limited to, servicing, diagnostics, and minor and major repairs.


Requirements
We are looking for skilled technicians that meet the following requirements:

• Relevant automotive trade qualification
• Current WOF license is preferred
• Proven experience repairing and servicing light passenger vehicles
• Prior experience on prestige European vehicles or on Asian vehicle brands is highly preferred though experience on other vehicle brands will be considered
• Solid diagnostics skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to train other technicians
• Good work ethic

In return
An excellent remuneration is on offer for proven skills and experience, ranging from $30 to $35 per hour depending on your skills, experience, and training.

This role is full time and permanent offering a minimum of 40 hours per week.
