Senior Infrastructure/ Platform Engineer
Hamilton Based - NZ Experience Required

What you'll be doing:

• Heavy Enterprise Platform Experience
• Delivering excellent services to contracted SLA targets, meeting and exceeding expectations and always meeting deadlines.
• System maintenance, patching and upgrades on the customer’s servers and applications.
• Manage hosted Enterprise Platforms
• Accurately and timely updating of service tickets and recording time
• Excellent spoken English as there will be a fair amount of time spent on the phone.

Technical Skills:

• Enterprise Infrastructure and Platform Management
• Windows Server Management, VM Ware, SAN, Veeam and Network Management
• Office 365, IAM , Mail/Exchange, VOIP and MDM (Intune)
• MSP experience
