We are seeking a Secret Cleared (or higher) Business Change Manager  for a contract until the end of the year in Wellington. As a Business Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the impact analysis process, assessing the effects of proposed changes on various aspects of the business, and facilitating smooth transitions.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proven experience in business change management.
• Active Secret Clearance or higher is essential. Candidates without a current Secret Clearance cannot be considered.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough impact analysis.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
