Also go here if you want to be charged, but not invoiced, for appointments that you never booked. Expect to have your credit rating lowered by those charges being sent to debt collectors. Oh, and be aware that your back problems may be worsened by your experience and that there will be no responsibility admitted for your state of affairs. No wonder I rate this service as terrible. If zero stars were an option I would select it.
