I paid for an item and got something I didn't want instead. I pointed this out and Melissa refused to consider a return and refund the money I had paid. She was also very rude.

Total scam. Beware. Do not buy from here. She's takin' my money and done the runners. Can't get hold of her. Criminal.

This company is seriously dodgy. Like others who have written here, I placed an order and after 6 weeks or so now have not received the product or any communication from the company to explain what has happened or if they are going to remedy the situation, after countless times that I have tried emailing, facebook private messaging and even posting on the company's fb page. It is the first time something like this has happened to me, so I'm not quite sure what I can do about it.
NB - Company's website lists fake telephone number. Stay well away!

STAY AWAY. I ordered an under bust corset off their website and I didn't arrive in the time they said it would, I was informed it was a back order and would be sent on overnight delivery when it arrived in nz. Even though there was no mention of this on the website when I made the purchase. I then waited a further 1 month before contacting them again......no reply. Its now been 3 months and I've just been contacted after making a comment on there fb page (they hide these coments so people don't see the disgruntled customers there ruling off!). But still no package of refund. I will be taking this further, I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes 9 weeks ago, melissa from Mellypop has been very inconsistent with her response and today after my many emails she tells me that my order has been lost in shipment YET she opens a new shop in Kapiti this Saturday fully stocked I assume - I would recommend that customers stay well away from her she has no business ethics and after further investigation she has done this to loads of people including her website designer RIP OFF STAY WELL AWAY

Do not purchase from them. Ordered a costume for my birthday over 2 weeks ago has not shown up and have emailed 3 times fb messaged twice no reply. Hsve taken issue to paypal to get money back

My partner purchased a hoodie off this site in August 2013 and its now November!!! No refund allowed only able to pick another item.. Crap customer service and crap customer care.. Should be fined under the fair trading act!!!

Ordered something off this site in the middle of August, we are now in December and we still do not have a refund or the product itself. We were initially ignored and then promised the refund however, we still do not have this. Worst and most frustrating customer service I have ever experienced.
