Job vacancy Senior Estimator

Working within a team and reporting to a commercial director, you will be typically working on such tasks as:

• Scheduling/estimating/pricing
• Tender preparation and analysis
• Cost management
• Subcontractor management and negotiation 
• Team mentoring and management of Junior and Intermediate Estimators

Key success factors for this role require:

• A tertiary qualification in construction management or quantity surveying
• 10 years experience worked a a Senior Estimator from a Tier 1 or 2 main contractor
• Sound knowledge of the local construction market and relevant commercial construction legislation and rates
• You are helpful, possess strong ethical standards, you have a high work ethic.
• Outstanding written and oral communication

Remuneration: $170K - $190K
