• We are looking for a People Tech Manager to join as organisation to take them on an exciting global HRIS implementation journey.
  
  The role is with an organisation Hamilton based- however you may be located in Auckland, broader Waikato or BOP and do a mix of WFH and travel. 
  
  The role will oversee and manage the successful implementation of the system, and then the ongoing additional modules and continuous improvement.
  
  To be successful in the role you will need the following relevant experience:
• Demonstrated end to end Project Management skills
• Project management tools and software for project scheduling, planning and tracking
• Experience with HRIS implementations
• Understanding of people processes and data management
• Understanding of compliance regulations related to people data
• Strong stakeholder management and communication 
• About you:
• Good attention to detail- accurate
• A self starter, well organised and structured
• Excellent communication and english speaking skills
• Deadline driven, can drive others to mobilise
• Excellent stakeholder management
