Question for Techtronic Industries NZ Limited

I have a Homelite 100 bar (HPW100) pressure washer bought from Bunnings 2 years back, and it has your business as the importer on the ID. The two parts of the spray wand have jammed and cannot be disassembled. I have major difficult getting any detailed info. (2 hours web trawling. Best info is that both quite distict parts have the same Karcher PA66-30GF SN.)
