Roy McGiven Home Inspection - Whangarei

Shockingly ripped off by inept building inspection & ongoingly by Roy McGiven & his equally "rough as guts" subcontractor Paul Toth. Both Roy & Paul showed up lacking in necessary basic tools - the tardiness at not rectifying severe leaks in our home, not picked up at all in an indepth building inspection by Roy (in complete contradiction by the lightning speed & constant harassment of entering our home without any prior phonecall - slurring us for not paying - stating we couldn't be trusted to pay, when we had only just received the outlandish bills - served on me after busting in on me in my bedroom, on a Sunday afternoon) !!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL - EXTREMELY POOR LEVEL OF WORKMANSHIP MEANS AFTER SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS WHICH WE PAID PUNCTUALLY - OUR HOME STILL LEAKS & IS THE INTEGRITY OF THE FIREBOARD HAS BEEN SABOTAGED BY "SMASHING IT" WITH A HAMMER - WHERE AS A REAL TRADESMAN WOULD HAVE USED A NAIL PUNCH) "AVOID THESE TWO LETHARGIC MESSY WORKERS SO YOU AVOID BEING RIPPED OFF & LEFT WITH AN HUGE EYE SORE & LOUSY REPAIR THAT STILL LEAKS !!!
