Our Technology practice is a well-established division within our Auckland (Queens St.) location, specialised in the software development and infrastructure space. The team is comprised of both contract and permanent focused sub-groups who work collaboratively. The opportunity for growth is immense in this division, hence the reason to add an additional team member. The division experienced year on year growth in 2020, which is testament to the strength of relationships, commitment to excellence and quality of service delivered. We are now in a position to expand our permanent team. In the position, you will specialise in permanent software development recruitment working alongside an experienced team whose relationships you can leverage off.

What you will do:

You can genuinely change people’s lives as a Consultant], presenting them with opportunities they wouldn’t find on their own. As well as providing solutions to your customers, it’s about nurturing careers. As a Consultant, you are an integral part of the team dedicated to Technology [Software Development] and together with your colleagues you will look for the right talent solution for your customers. Working as a trusted advisor, you will guide both your candidates and clients through the hiring experience from start to finish, resulting in the right person in the right job.

You will contribute by:

• Growing your network to develop new and existing business

• Building a talent pool pipeline

• Conducting all stages of a recruitment solution for your customers

• Understanding and analysing the market and sharing trends with your customers
