The Role
Due to significant growth, we are looking for a team member who is enthusiastic, outgoing & wants to contribute to the overall team.
The role of a Business Development Executive at Robert Half includes:
business development with Finance professionals,
candidate acquisition, interview & placement
commercial customer service and
generating revenue whilst engaging clients, candidates and internal colleagues.
Working in a fast paced and vibrant environment, you will deal with a portfolio of existing and developed clients as well as proactively identifying new potential business opportunities.
Working with both businesses that are looking to hire, and candidates that are looking for the next step in their career you will constantly be engaging with people at all levels in the Finance world.

Your Profile
The key characteristics to be successful in this role include:
previous recruitment experience ideally or a sales background
positive disposition
an ability to interact and engage with different stakeholders,
drive and tenacity
commercial acumen.
You will need to be task and goal orientated and thrive on overachieving in a target-driven environment. An ability to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement both personally and professionally is essential.
Ideally you will have a commerce related degree to understand the drivers behind how businesses thrive or else experience in a sales environment where you have a proven track record of high achievement relative to targets.
