•    $30.00 to $40.00 per hour

Some responsibilities will include:
•    Support the team with administrative duties, ensuring they are prioritising key tasks
•    Preparation of documentation, organisation of meetings, diary management, arranging travel, assisting with events and organising catering, and processing of invoices   
•    Liaising with internal and external stakeholders 

Skills and Experience Required
•    Can do attitude, ability to problem solve and think on your feet
•    Strong communication skills to ensure effective information flow and coordination
•    Proven experience working in administrative based roles 
•    Exceptional organisation and preparation abilities
•    Good verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
•    Strong experience using Microsoft Suite
