  • $76K to $79K depending on experience.
Are you interested in developing your records and information management skills and knowledge?  We are looking for a Records Management Advisor to join a team of 4 who are all passionate about delivering an effective service across the organisation.  You will provide support and advice to staff to access information and ensure training and record keeping initiatives are implemented.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing records management advice across the organisation.
  • Ensuring accurate management of physical records both onsite and at offsite storage facilities.
  • Contributing to records management projects.
  • Undertaking record searches.
  • Daily administration tasks including monitoring the records inbox.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills/attributes:
  • Relevant qualification in Information Management and/or Records Management or proven experience (2 years plus).
  • Sound knowledge of records management principles, best practice, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a natural inquisitive focus.
  • Effective communicator who is confident to build relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to work in a methodical manner.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and MS Teams.
