• Incident Resolution: Efficiently handle escalated security incidents and support requests, providing effective solutions.
• Operational Security: Manage and document operational security, addressing risk and compliance issues.
• Research and Playbooks: Assist security engineers in research activities, identifying affected systems, and creating playbooks based on incident learnings.
