Job vacancy Database Manager

I am looking for a Database Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the build, data transfer and implementation of a new system, liaising with users to ensure they get the training and support they need to maximise the benefits of the system, and will rapidly become the CRM expert. In addition, you’ll use your generalist ICT knowledge to help modernise both the technology and work practices.

Ideally you will have:

• Have well-developed analytical and technical problem-solving skills 
• Be experienced in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
• Possess good knowledge of other modern cloud data platforms including CRMs and Power BI
• Be experienced with Microsoft excel, including VBA and proven SQL skills
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of data, its storage and management
• Be committed to honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi 
• Be energised by using your ICT skills in a change-focussed role
• Enjoy bringing others on the journey with you. 
• Build and maintain effective working relationships
• Have a continuous improvement approach
