About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated professional with an interest in the health and disability sector to join our petite team based in Tauranga . Applicants must be based in or around Tauranga and have the right to work in NZ. This is a diverse role with opportunity for skill development and growth while working in a role that adds value to the lives of those we employ and support.
Key responsibilities:
- Source and recruit appropriate matches of kaimahi Hauora/support workers for kiritaki/clients with disabilities or life changing injuries.
- Ensure our kaimahi Hauora/support workers are fully compliant and have completed onboarding prior to commencing their assignments with kiritaki.
- Timely and effective communication with our kiritaki and kaimahi hauora
- Roster management and complete weekly payroll
- Relationship building including people management activities of our kaimahi Hauora to ensure they are well resourced and supported.
- Ensure document management systems are accurate and complete.
Key Competencies:
- Exceptional people management skills
- Honed skills in multi-tasking, problem solving, working proactively and attention to detail
- Confident with the ability to navigate high pressure work situations and resolve conflict
- Intermediate level knowledge of basic Office 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous recruitment experience in the health sector is advantageous
- Experience in the health and disability sector preferred but not essential
