Job vacancy Change & Comms Lead - Fixed Term Contract

The Company

Local Government entity embarking on an ERP replacement project in need of a seasoned Change & Comms Lead.

The Role

Reporting to and working closely with the Project Manager, you will support the change and comms stream across the ERP project, as well as other smaller initiatives.

Duties

• Contribute to the business case and procurement of a solution and implementer
• Conduct change impact analysis, understanding the capacity and aligning that with a staged implementation.
• Develop and maintain a stakeholder management plan and implement that as part of the change programme
• Maintain regular communications with a large and varied bunch of stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• Experienced Change and Comms Specialist that has ideally worked on ERP projects.
• Can do attitude who will be pro-active and make things happen
• Proven stakeholder engagement across senior management and operational workforce
• Natural propensity to problem solving and solution finding.
• Prosci Certified is preferred
