We are seeking dedicated individuals who enjoy playing a vital role in ensuring efficient and organised business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and manage administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and organise records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in data entry, document verification, and report generation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to provide support and resolve inquiries.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Government experience a bonus.
- Must have eligibility to work in New Zealand
- Have a notice period no longer than 4 weeks
- Must have a clear MOJ criminal records check
