Are you passionate about automotive services and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a dynamic Service Advisor to join the team at a leading multi-franchise dealership in Wellington. As a Service Advisor you will play a pivotal role in being the first point of contact and the face of the brands.

You will be a warm and engaging person that enjoys dealing with people and able to deliver the top notch customer service experience you would expect from a professional and state of the art dealership.

The role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring automotive service and maintenance
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving for customer satisfaction
• It is a high pressure role and requires an applicant with exceptional organisational skills to be successful in this role
• Communicate effectively with technicians ro ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of services
• Schedule service appointments and manage service bookings efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience in an automotive service advisory roles is highly desirable
• A team player and motivator
• Flexible and able to cope well in a pressurised environment
• Superb communication skills required
• Clean, current driver's license
• Have an friendly demeanor
• Good computer literacy
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
