This role will work closely with the Senior HR Advisor and will partner with the business to provide HR advisory expertise.

Day to day you could expect to work on:
•    Providing HR and ER advice to business
•    Recruitment and onboarding
•    Ensuring compliance with HR policy and procedures
•    HR administration including analytics and reporting
•    Supporting HR projects

Proven experience in providing HR advice to business required combined with a strong understanding of NZ employment law.
