Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior System Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in providing Level 2 onsite desktop support, acting as a liaison between Level 1 Service Desk and Level 2 Cloud, Infrastructure and Security teams. You will also assist in educating the 1st line Service Desk team and contribute to the development of standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Demonstrated proactive ability and results-driven approach, consistently exhibiting a strong initiative to accomplish tasks efficiently and effectively via collaboration and problem solving.
  • Previous experience in medium to large complex technical environments.
  • Proven experience in desktop support, both onsite and remote.
  • Strong troubleshooting and information gathering skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience with Intune, Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies.
  • Knowledge of networks, TCP, Wi-Fi, Layer 3 switching, firewalls, SDWAN, data connections, DNS, DHCP.
  • ITIL Foundation and Azure certifications are advantageous.
