Job vacancy Business Analyst

We are seeking a  Senior Business Analyst  to support the review and refresh of an organization’s current SharePoint intranet. You will undertake analysis, document the current state and support the design and implementation processes.
What you’ll need to succeed:

• An excellent understanding of SharePoint on-prem and an excellent understanding of good SharePoint design principles is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in Microsoft 365
• Ability to contribute to a design that incorporates business user requirements, while following good SharePoint design principles.
• Ability to contribute to a design that helps remove complexity that would make a future transition to SharePoint Online difficult.
• Strong engagement skills as the role requires regular engagement across multiple Government agencies as well as key providers to Government. 
• Ability to work with the business to understand the current state.
• Process mapping skills at both an operational business and IT system level.
• A demonstrated ability in undertaking impact assessments and documenting the transition impacts of moving from
