The role is a blend of strategic and operational HR and is sole charge.   This is a permanent role, located in South Auckland and offers WFH.  The focus of the role is to embed and enhance HR practices within the business.

•    Culture and engagement

This is a great role for a Senior HRBP looking for career growth.  Proven experience as a HRBP required for this role with strong ER experience and exposure to unionised environments.
