Job vacancy Senior Site Manager

The Company:

This is a relatively younger commercial main contractor, innovative and they build across small to medium sized new build and interiors projects. They are organically growing and have seen strong successes securing a run of good projects of recent. They anticipate further growth and are now ready to employ an additional senior site manager to run one of their new projects.

The Role:

This is a typical site manager that will see you covering ordering materials, driving sub-contractors, problem solving, H&S management, toolbox talks, program management and tracking, and client/consultant communications.

Your background:

Key success factors for this role require:

• Carpentry trade qualified and tertiary qualification on top ideal
• 10 + years’ experience in managing a mix of medium sized commercial projects, over $5M with exposure to concrete and steel elements of construction
• Strong site management skills with the ability to self-motivate and be accountable for team performance
• Possessing an attitude of success
• Sound H&S skills and aptitude
• Strong IT skills with experience in Procore ideal
• Outstanding written and oral communication

Remuneration Package: $140K - $150K plus vehicle + other benefits.
