Based from their office in Otaki, my client is looking for their next Employment Consultant, responsible for helping Job Seeking Tradespeople into permanent employment.

A day in the life of an Employment Consultant:
- Coordinating with internal and external lead sources for Trainee Candidates
- Assisting in the training of candidates for trades work
- Hunting new employment opportunities for trainees, including following warm leads and cold lead generation

What you bring to the office:
- Experience in relationship building, pipeline management and lead generation 
- Excellent people skills with both Job Seekers and Businesses
- Initiative, the drive for success, and a competitive spirit
