Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Payroll Administrators who have 2+ year's payroll experience with great initiative and accurate data entry skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting a payroll team processing a payroll of over 4.000 employees
  • Ensure compliance with NZ payroll legislation.
  • Manage and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Carrying out manual payroll calculations and reconciliations

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll
  • Experience using payroll systems such as SAP, Payglobal, Novapay, MYOB, Xero or similar software
  • An intermediate level of Excel skills
  • A sound understanding of NZ payroll legislation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate and personable with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
