Reporting to the General Manager this role is responsible for ensuring the Radiology Service delivers and contributes to excellent outcomes across:

• Health equity
• Staff engagement
• Financial and operational performance and sustainability

You will be providing managerial leadership in partnership with the Clinical Head/Clinical Lead and will hold important relationships with the Divisional Clinical Director, Clinical Nurse Director and other senior leaders to contribute to future improvement.

As the Service Manager you will have a critical role in providing and demonstrating leadership.

To be successful for this role you will need to have minimum 5 years' experience in a large health environment (ideally radiology or acute or planned care) inclusive of staff management, change and financial management and a strong track record of managing complexity and risk whilst maintaining high service standards.

Ideally you will have a consultative leadership style and the ability to lead people on a journey of growth and change, can think strategically and translate strategy and concepts into achievable implementation and operational plans.
