Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 5+ year's experience to join their friendly and positive organisation based in Penrose.

If you have experience working in a fast paced customer services role we might just have the perfect role for you.

If you are friendly, organised, with a good sense of humour and a "can do" attitude this opportunity is not to be missed!

Hours for our role are 7.30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Processing orders, answering customers queries via telephone calls, walk-ins and email.
• Supporting Sales Representatives
• Entering information into a CRM package
• Coordinating with couriers
• Working with the Team Leader to analyse market trends

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years customer service experience in an office based role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Top notch MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM
• SAP skills are desirable
• Passionate, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
• Initiative and problem-solving skills
• Be proactive and enjoy satisfying customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
