Sales & Service Technician - Penrose

The Company:

Position Purpose:
Assist customers and sales team with machinery, service and parts enquiries. Spare parts management including stock management, advising clients around specific parts and products, sourcing and pricing parts for customer.
Manufacturing preventative maintenance of equipment. Site and general maintenance as required. Providing technical expertise across the sales process. Manage and direct current Machinery Service Technician i.e. one direct report.

Responsibilities:

• Achievement of specific projects & task according to pre-agreed parameters and costs.
• Strong technical skills (Mechanical & Electrical).
• Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal).
• Comfortable with MS Office.
• Install and commission new machinery as required.
• Tasks completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Positive feedback from customers and other team members.
• Can build strong relationships with internal team.
