The Company

My client is a financial services firm that occupies a niche space in the NZ market. As an organization, they pride themselves on being on the cutting edge of technology. As a result of that culture, they are looking for a strong System Accountant to join the project team of a major ERP change.

The Role

As the Systems Accountant, you will report directly to the Transformation Lead but work and collaborate across the business.

Duties

• Assist with completing the Foundation Data Model
• Documenting current state accounting processes
• Testing new business processes
• Data migration from old ERP system to the new one

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in financial reporting
• Process analysis skills would be beneficial but not essential.
• Engaging, confident and great communicator.
• Experience manipulating large sets of data
• Problem solver with a can-do attitude.
