Hatha Yoga is a generic term that refers to any type of yoga that teaches physical postures.

In this 60 minute class you will build stronger muscles, create flexibility and find your balance.

Hatha Yoga classes will burn calories, tone your body, give you more energy as well as being a lot of fun.

Every Hatha Yoga pose has numerous levels of complexity so you can chose the workout that best suits you.

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it along. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and a water bottle. All other props are provided.

Please only practice Hatha Yoga with the permission from your Doctor or Physiotherapist if you are suffering from any injuries or illness.
