Yin Yoga poses are gentle, long held stretches using props and without muscle tension within the area we want to stimulate, resulting in healthier joints and connective tissue.

Yin Yoga is especially beneficial for the whole spine, lower back, pelvis/hip area, knees, shoulders and neck.

Each 90 minute class is designed to release stress, calm the body and the mind.

The perfect balance to any other type of yoga, sport or physical activity (Yang) and from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it along. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and a water bottle. All other props are provided.

Please only practice Yin Yoga with the permission from your Doctor or Physiotherapist if you are suffering from any injuries or illness.
