We also train clients in the Eastern Bays and Central Auckland at homes, offices and / or parks. Our trainers run a variety of outdoor exercise classes each day.We have expanded to the Bay of Plenty where we run outdoor bootcamps and home / office based Personal Training.Our Gym members are closely supervised by experiences trainers during our normal gym hours (6am – 6pm Mon-Friday). In addition, our gym is a 24hour facility which allows our members to come in via swipe card access at any time of the day or night and on any day in the calendar year.Non-members are welcome to partake in any of our classes on a
