You don’t have to be a sports star to see us.You don't require a referral to see us, although we do see a lot of patients who have been referred to us by their doctor or surgeon. If you are attending physiotherapy following a referral from a doctor, hospital or other health professional, it is most helpful that you bring all supporting documentation with you to the first appointment. This includes any ACC forms, X-ray reports or referral letters. Treatment received under ACC has a copayment for any materials supplied.
