Lita Lee Zaragosa Better Front up and explain your predicament so the People who paid for their boxes to be shipped and delivered to Philippines will know what is going on. Not Unless you will wait to see them all in Court. The all deserved to know and return their money plus the cost of what is inside the boxes they have sent. Pinag hirapan nila ang laman ng Box at pera na binayad sa iyo. Kawawa naman pamilya nila sa Pinas Nag aantay ng ilang buwan o taon pa siguro. Maawa ka naman sa kanila.

We have also had boxes that were collected from Christchurch in January and have not arrived 5months later to the Phillipines. We also are begining to think this is fraud and we may have to approach the police to investigate. Is there anyone else who is in a similar situation and also can not contact Mrs Lita Lee Zaragoza. We would be interested to hear of your dealings with this so called company that does not deliver

Hi.. do you have any news about your boxes? We here in Canterbury have sent boxes different dates last 2015.
Until now they haven't received it in Philippines.

I also sent my box last february.. but its already august 19 2016. And my box still havent arrived yet... i keep on calling there contact number but no one is answering... we need to file a complain now.... and sue them..

L&L Cargo is a bad freight forwarders. We have sent 2 boxes from Auckland to the Philippines last May 16th 2015 and until now our family have not received them. We tried calling Mrs Lita Lee Zaragoza but she doesn't entertain our calls. Please help us. She has ripped us off and she would not want to respond to our calls.

I have not yet received the six boxes I dropped off on 10 November. However, I have sent many boxes Via L&L and have received all 12 or so. Conjestion in Manila means l o n g e r. delivery times so patience may be the key here....
