I have recently bought two property's through the Profesionals in Rotorua my first dealings were through Charles Sturt he was rude so did not deal with him again he was very abrupt my second dealing whom I bought a house through was Marilyn christson she was very vague to deal with would say things and not follow through would ring leave a message and not hear back at all or the next day and never any sort of follow up after settlement just left key in letter box she needs some training on how to deal with clients very charming tho ! Never a thanks or congratulations on buying the property nothing .... Never heard from her again
The second property I have bought was through Reo Smith he is excellent to deal with great communicator honest and would recommend him , a breeze to deal with very different to the other two I delt with , the professionals need more like him !
