I purchased a car late 2013 that had wheels that had been refurbished for the dealer the week before by WheelFix It. The wheels looked nice (hence two stars).

Upon driving the car, it became obvious that all was not right with the wheels, and inspection showed three of the wheels were buckled to varying degrees. One of the buckles was very large and totally obvious to the naked eye when looking at the inside of the rim) -- although it needs to be stated that the dealer may have not asked them to straighten the wheels, I would personally have concerns about a wheel company that will add a cosmetic skim of filler and paint to tart up the outside face of a severely buckled wheel...

Furthermore, when I took the wheels to be straightened (to another wheel repair company on South Island) several weeks later, when the paint should have cured, the paint peeled off each of the wheels as the tyre was de-mounted from the rim in order to be rolled straight. The other company indicated to me that the prep/painting of the wheels was poor, and this would seem to be borne out by it being impossible to demount/remount a single tyre without the paint peeling off in large sections.

My experience with WheelFixIt's product was extremely poor. Due to my location being in South Island, I didn't pursue them to have the wheels rectified as it simply wasn't logistically possible (and also, it was the car dealer that had arranged the original refurbishment with them). Therefore, I can't comment as to whether WheelfixIt would have rectified the wheels if given the opportunity.
