Unison Vineyard specialises in fine red wines and is recognised as an icon producer in the Gimblett Gravel Winegrowing District of Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. Unison also produce traditional Aceto Balsamico Balsamic Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, provide a winemaking and consultancy service and provide the Winemaker's retreat self contained accommodation at the vineyard.
