Insight Counselling

We are a group of professionally qualified counsellors working mainly using the psychodynamic approach to counselling. Psychodynamic counselling enables individuals to understand how past experience and current behaviour may be linked. This can lead to greater self-awareness and insight, and aims to facilitate the person's own resources for change and resolution of difficulties.
