Counselling Therapy provides a setting where you will be encouraged to question and to take a closer look at who you believe yourself to be. Together we look at how your day-to-day living, your relationships and/or any significant life events impact on your long-held beliefs and your current life situation. We also talk about your past, your present and your ideas for the future so you’re able to develop an awareness of attitudes and beliefs which may limit you and keep you stuck. Supervision & Reflective Professional Development

Every work environment comes with its own challenges and sometimes you may have difficulty dealing with ethical matters, maintaining clear boundaries, setting goals, recognising professional development opportunities, managing stress, dealing with trauma, or handling seemingly irresolvable work relationship issues. Supervision is a relationship within which you can feel supported and accepted while you explore how your personal beliefs and your past experiences affect the way you relate to your work environment and to those you work with. As a relationship between two professionals it helps you to develop insight on a personal and professional level as well as to provide a safe space for you to deal with confidential material related to the work environment.
