Reviews of Kitchen Studio - Head Office

My family and I walked into the Wellington Kitchen Studio store on tory street. We asked for general help about kitchens. The staff member basically said without any knowledge of what we wanted, "You're better off going to bunnings for a kitchen that is between $5k and 10k." Not even knowing that our budget was actually up to $30k. She didn't even ask any of this information, nor should she need too really know (budget). We then visited an amazing place in Wellington called Kitchen Elements on Thorndon quay. They were super helpful and talked to me briefly about cabinets, bench tops, shelves, island stone etc. Pretty basic stuff that any person working for a kitchen store would know. It was extremely disappointing service from kitchen studio and really needless to say, a pretty woman experience.
