Ordered my glasses on the 29th December and did not hear back from them followed up late Jan just to be told that it is because they were closed over Christmas and that the glasses will arrive in a week or so. Again nothing arrived. Next follow-up I was told the glasses got lost and new ones were ordered but were wrong prescription. Again nothing showed up. Was offered a refund or partial refund with classes to be sent. 1 Pair arrived mid in March.... Followed up and the second was never sent. Requested full refund that arrived 31st March. 5/5 for their refund policy but 0/5 for the service department. The pair that did arrive seems to be the wrong prescription... Do not let the cheap prices fool you. If they up their service they would be a great option for buying glasses.
