I placed an order on the 6th, 2 days ago. I know it's relatively early but I have had no confirmation of purchase, no progress of order etc etc. This is concerning and not common, in my experience. I see the item bought is now out of stock. Could you get back to me please, preferably as soon as possible, better still....yesterday,
