New Zealand Asian Leaders is an organization that strives to bridge the gap between New Zealand businesses and the Asian market. They understand the difficulty New Zealand companies have in finding and recruiting Asian leaders to their Boards and senior management teams. To address this issue, they provide an avenue for Asian New Zealanders who are experts in their respective fields to gain visibility with New Zealand companies that are either already doing business with Asia or looking to do so.
